Nigerian influencer Sophia Egbueje has reportedly exposed Burna Boy in a leaked 40-minute audio call, where she alleges that the musician promised her a Lamborghini after spending time together but failed to deliver. In the recording, Egbueje also discusses Burna Boy’s later interactions with Chloe Bailey.
The source of the leaked audio remains unclear, but Egbueje mentioned that her decision to meet Burna Boy was influenced by her friend Ama Reginald and the singer’s associate, King Manny. During the call, she remarked on Burna Boy’s track record of lavish spending on women, which contributed to her interest in him.
In the audio, Egbueje was heard saying, “She is like, ‘Babe, you should take him seriously. You know it’s him that bought Stefflon Don a Cullinan. He actually spends money on girls. Just try and take him seriously.’”
According to the ‘creebhills’ Instagram account, Sophia Egbueje is a 28-year-old social media personality and entrepreneur from Umuoji, Anambra State. Growing up in the Festac area of Lagos State with four siblings, she has gained a following of nearly 140,000 on Instagram, where she shares lifestyle and fashion content.
In the leaked audio, Egbueje claims that Burna Boy “sold a lot of dreams” to her, leading her to believe he could be a potential partner. After their time together, she confronted the singer about the promised Lamborghini, to which he supposedly responded that he would have the funds by a certain date. However, he did not come through, prompting her to block him and purchase a car independently.
Egbueje also mentioned buying a luxury watch during their relationship, only to later see that Burna Boy had allegedly gifted the same watch to Chloe Bailey. While Burna Boy has not publicly addressed these allegations, social media personality Judas, known as the president of Ashewo, suggested that Egbueje leaked the audio herself out of spite and should have secured financial compensation from Burna Boy before their encounter.
As the situation unfolds, Egbueje has yet to respond to Judas’ claims.
